In Nitinol wire manufacturing, the quality and consistency of raw nitinol wires is the most significant factor for wire production. We draw the raw wires directly from nickel titanium materials by ourselves. With a full control of the material source, we absolutely have a better understanding on the raw material properties and have a greater likelihood to achieve super and consistent production quality.
